Every session at The Source follows an ancient practice known today as contrast therapy — alternating time between sauna and cold plunge. An investment in your health that pays 10x dividends.

    Enter the Heat

    Choose your sauna. Our traditional room runs 150–180°F — steam, stone, and the kind of heat that reaches the bone. Prefer a gentler build? Our infrared sauna holds at 120–140°F, penetrating deeper with less intensity. Both paths lead to the same place: stillness.

  2. 02

    The Cold Plunge

    40–55°F, kept crystal clear. The shock that wakes everything. One minute — shifting the focus from the noise to your breath.

  3. 03

    Repeat & Connect

    Return to the heat, then finish on the cold plunge. Conversation flows easy here, between strangers, old friends, and people who just get it.
